Recently there have been a few reports of login issues with ParentSquare, especially when using the Google or Microsoft single sign-on buttons. If using the app, please first check to see if it needs an update. If you do need to update the app to the latest operating system, please do so and then restart the app (including logging in again). If you're struggling with Google or Microsoft single-sign on buttons ParentSquare support recommended checking to see if your browser is up-to-date, as that could fix the issue.

Step-by-step guide to update Google Chrome:
If you don't see the option to Relaunch, your browser is already up to date.
- Open Chrome: on your computer.
- Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Select Help from the menu.
- Select About Google Chrome from the sub-menu.
- Chrome will now check for and download any available updates.
- Once the download is complete, a Relaunch button will appear. Click it to restart Chrome with the latest version installed.
If you don't see the option to Relaunch, your browser is already up to date.

Login to your Account
Your school has created your account using the email and/or phone number they have on record for you. For students, it is attached to your CUSD email address. For parent/guardians, it is the same email you have attached to your Parent Connect Account.
After you download and install the ParentSquare or StudentSquare app to your device, you can either enter your email address or phone number in the top area or use the Sign in with Google option to begin.
